There's a hidden pain almost all brand owners feel when they're starting to scale — every new social media post, menu revision, and website update feel like you're having to start from scratch.
This pain is ridiculously frustrating, but it doesn't come out of nowhere. Chances are, when starting your brand, you pieced things together out of necessity. It worked when you had time to dedicate to managing your brand, but now that things are picking up and you no longer have the time to be a designer, you're feeling like you need to match pieces from different puzzles into something hopefully cohesive.
This is a pain that almost never goes unnoticed — by both the brand and everyone who perceives it. It is a hit to your credibility, your sales, and most importantly your confidence.
That's what Tideworks was founded to solve. We aim to solve that problem and bridge the gap between you managing your brand solo and hiring a dedicated design team. We do this by giving your existing face (or building a new one) a facelift and a solid foundation to back it up. We make everything simple to understand for non-designers, and provide implementation support by default to make sure that you're able to understand the ins and outs, and making anything new doesn't feel like a fresh start.
